Time Limitations on Filing a Product Liability Claim
In general, Oregon residents who have been injured by a defective or dangerous product in the home have two years to file a personal injury or property damage claim. With some exceptions, residents of Oregon who suffered an injury from a defective or dangerous product that was purchased more than ten years ago may not file a claim.
